Psychology: Theories and explanations of social behavior, methods of studying social behavior, perceptions, aptitude and aptitude change, group differences, environmental and group influences. Political Economy: Major schools of political thought, concept of economics surplus, standstill and movement under monopoly capitalism, roots of backwardness. Public administration: People and the organization, tasks of management, fiscal aspects of management, personnel administration, administrative ethics.
